Стратегічні вектори адміністративно-правового забезпечення державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України

Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню напрямів адміністративно-правового забезпечення державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України. На підставі проведеного дослідження автором з’ясоване змістове наповнення категорій державна політика та європейська інтеграція України; визначені джерела, які визначають зміст і спрямованість державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України; окреслені стратегічні вектори адміністративно-правового забезпечення державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України.Доведено, що європейська інтеграція України як сфера державної політики України не має постійного забезпечення. У сфері європейської інтеграції України виділяються чотири напрями державної політики, що забезпечується за нормами адміністративного права: 1) напрями, що торкаються суспільних відносин у зв’язку із забезпеченням суб’єктів публічної влади, насамперед, шляхом державного управління правами, свободами та законними інтересами приватних осіб у сфері реалізації державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України; 2) напрями, що торкаються суспільних відносин щодо управління об’єктами державної та комунальної власності у сфері реалізації державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України; 3) напрямки, що стосуються суспільних відносин, що визначають внутрішньоорганізаційну діяльність органів державної влади у зв’язку з реалізацією державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України; 4) напрями, які стосуються суспільних відносин у сфері співпраці органів державної влади з інститутами громадянського суспільства щодо реалізації державної політики у сфері європейської інтеграції України.Завантаження
