Командний проєкт «Пріоритети смартспеціалізації регіону та приєднання до платформи S3» як ефективна освітня діяльність для формування навичок смартспеціалізації у здобувачів магістратури

Актуальність дослідження. Здійснення стратегічного планування регіонального і місцевого розвитку за методологією смартспеціалізації вже багато років залишається одним з ключових викликів для публічних управлінців як в Європейському Союзі, так і в Україні. Залишається актуальною проблема: брак фахівців органів публічного управління, які спроможні розробляти стратегії розвитку на основі впровадження найкращих європейських практик (які володіють відповідними складовими професійної компетентності та «навичками у сфері смартспеціалізації»). Реалізація проєкту «Смарт-спеціалізація: поширення досвіду європейських регіонів і громад» (EU-Smart), що реалізується в межах програми ERASMUS+ сприяє розв’язанню визначеної проблеми.Результати дослідження. У статті надано огляд структури та призначення командного проєкту «Пріоритети інтелектуальної спеціалізації регіону та приєднання до платформи S3» у структурі вибіркової навчальної дисципліни для здобувачів другого (магістерського рівня вищої освіти), який реалізовувався в рамках проєкту EU-Smart в НТУ «Дніпровська політехніка» у 2023–2026 роках. Висвітлено результати та оцінено результативність даного виду навчальної активності у формуванні навичок смартспеціалізації у майбутніх публічних службовців. Для визначення рівня задоволення навчанням за дисципліною проводились опитування, під час яких здобувачі зазначили високий рівень задоволення як дисципліною загалом, так і участю у командному проєкті та його презентації під час Ярмарку проєктів із постерною сесією за участі експертів-практиків регіонального та місцевого розвитку. З урахуванням думки здобувачів і залучених до процесу реалізації навчання інших стейкголдерів, можна констатувати, що реалізація цієї начальної активності сприяла досягненню цілей курсу і проєкту в цілому.Завантаження
