Намір туристів використати віртуальну реальність з точки зору споживачів: порівняння Анкари та Баку

Розглядається намір туристів використовувати технологію віртуальної реальності (VR) з точки зору споживчої цінності. На основі даних опитування, зібраного серед 1233 учасників у 2023 році, дослідження оцінює вплив сприйнятих переваг (задоволення, корисність та занурення), сприйнятих жертв (вартість, фізичний ризик та складність) та результуючої сприйнятої цінності на поведінковий намір. Результати дослідження показують, що вища сприйнята цінність посилює намір туристів використовувати VR, тоді як високе сприйняття вартості та ризику знижує сприйняту цінність та намір використання. І навпаки, позитивне сприйняття задоволення, корисності та занурення посилює наміри використання. Порівнюючи результати у трьох національних столицях, дослідження підкреслює роль демографічних та культурних відмінностей у формуванні ставлення до технології VR.Крім того, результати дослідження показують, що успішне впровадження технологій VR в туристичному секторі залежить не лише від технологічних можливостей, але й від загальної цінності, яку сприймають користувачі. Дослідження демонструє, що туристи оцінюють переваги, що пропонуються VR, порівняно з витратами та ризиками, пов'язаними з її використанням, перш ніж вирішити, чи використовувати цю технологію. Зокрема, простота використання, здатність створювати реалістичний та захопливий досвід, а також підтримка планування подорожей є ключовими факторами, що позитивно впливають на наміри щодо впровадження.Дослідження показує, що технології VR можуть зменшити невизначеність у процесі прийняття рішень щодо подорожей, дозволяючи потенційним туристам віртуально досліджувати місця призначення, перш ніж здійснювати фактичні поїздки. Як результат, VR-додатки надають туристичним організаціям потужний маркетинговий та рекламний інструмент, здатний підвищити привабливість місця призначення та залученість клієнтів. Порівняльний аналіз у різних країнах також показує, що ставлення споживачів до VR формується соціально-культурними характеристиками, технологічною готовністю та демографічними факторами. Тому зацікавлені сторони у сфері туризму повинні враховувати місцеві ринкові умови та вподобання користувачів під час розробки та впровадження послуг на основі віртуальної реальності.Завантаження
