Академічний активізм та спільне врядування в реаліях воєнного часу в Україні: кейс у межах проєкту E-comUnity

Анотація
Анотація. Стаття досліджує еволюцію ролі академічного активізму під час російської війни в Україні в межах проєкту Жана Моне «E-comUnity». Проєкт показує, як академічні ініціативи можуть функціонувати в якості громадянської інфраструктури, що підтримує демократичну стійкість, місцеве врядування та цифрову взаємодію в екстремальних умовах. Дослідження спирається на партисипативні підходи, семінари із зацікавленими сторонами та якісні дослідження використання соціального месенджеру Telegram серед українських військових, волонтерів в Україні та української діаспори в Німеччині методами соціоінформатики. Розглянуто способи дослідницького збору даних, їх етичність та позиційність в умовах обмеженості традиційних способів проведення польових досліджень. Стаття ставить такі дослідницькі питання: (1) Як дослідники, що займаються проблематикою спільного врядування в Україні під час війни, відчувають та вирішують проблеми генерації та аналізу даних? (2) Які наслідки ці виклики мають для академічної активності та продукування знань у кризових умовах? Стверджується, що академічна робота в кризових умовах передбачає як епістемічні, так і громадянські зобов'язання: виробництво знань і одночасне спільне створення рішень для громад, що страждають від війни. Отримані результати розкривають потенціал моделей спільного врядування, цифрових просторів, орієнтованих на активістів, та рефлексивних методів, що сприяє розширенню громадянських можливостей. Результати відкривають дебати про академічний активізм і уперше представляють науку як інфраструктурну та спільну практику, необхідну для підтримки демократичної стійкості в умовах війни.
