Удосконалення механізмів публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу України

Анотація
Дослідження присвячено актуальній науковій проблемі удосконалення механізмів публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу України. Метою статті є схарактеризувати основні напрями удосконалення механізмів публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу України. Авторка статті визначає такі основні механізми публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу України, як інституційно-правовий, організаційно-кадровий, фінансово-економічний та інформаційно-комунікативний. Здійснено аналіз кожного з цих механізмів публічного управління, що відіграє особливо важливу роль для підтримки туристичної галузі шляхом належного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу країни. Проаналізовано, що в розвинених країнах світу питання удосконалення механізмів публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу, реалізація заходів щодо збереження туристичного потенціалу є пріоритетними напрямами діяльності. Авторка статті визначає та характеризує 4 рівні сформованості туристичного потенціалу: вихідний, або початковий; базовий; проміжний та продуктивний. Зроблено висновок про перспективи використання зарубіжного досвіду удосконалення механізмів публічного управління формуванням туристичного потенціалу для підвищення ефективності застосування державних механізмів України в цьому напрямі.Завантаження
