Напрями подальшого впровадження інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців в Україні

Анотація
Впровадження інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців в Україні та визначення напрямів роботи, які б заклали стратегічні підвалини успішного розвиту всієї держави, є необхідною умовою функціонування сучасної публічної служби. У контексті такого підходу системний комплексний характер мають питання підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців. Виявлено, що тенденція всебічного запровадження інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців однозначно свідчить, що інноваційний характер підготовки публічних посадовців вже став константою цієї діяльності. Встановлено, що нагальним завданням для широкого кола зацікавлених осіб є визначення основних напрямів, свого роду трендів, які будуть домінувати у практиці використання інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців найближчим часом, що і становить мету даного дослідження. З’ясовано, що впровадження інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців в Україні за трьома видами освіти: формальна, неформальна, інформальна – можна вважати магістральним напрямом якісних трансформацій в освітньому процесі. Констатовано, що практика використання інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців та подальші перспективи впровадження інновацій у розрізі формальної та інформальної освіти вимагає певної систематизації. Доведено, шо впровадження інноваційних компонентів підвищення рівня професійної компетентності державних службовців тривалий час залишається важливим напрямом удосконалення діяльності органів публічної влади в Україні. Охарактеризовано, що значною мірою це викликано високим темпом оновлення змістовної частини освітніх програм, розвитком інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій тощо.Завантаження
