Анотація
Актуальність дослідження полягає в аналізі інтегрованого підходу до цифровізації держуправління, акцентуючи на важливості впровадження інноваційних ІТ-рішень, таких як блокчейн та штучний інтелект, для забезпечення ефективності, прозорості та доступності публічних послуг. Наголошено на створенні сприятливих умов для цифрової трансформації, включно з оновленням законодавства, розвитком цифрової інфраструктури, підвищенням кваліфікації серед держслужбовців і доступом до інформації для громадян. Метою дослідження є вивчення сучасних ІТ-тенденцій в управлінні, включаючи теоретичне виявлення механізмів ІТ-впливу на ефективність управління, моделювання оптимізації процесів і практичне застосування цих моделей. Практична частина передбачає розробку рекомендацій для покращення ІТ в управлінні, спрямованих на збільшення прозорості, ефективності та відкритості держуправління. Результати підкреслюють значення цифровізації для підвищення якості держуправління, зокрема через електронне урядування, блокчейн і штучний інтелект, що оптимізує процеси та покращує сервіси для громадян. Важливим є розвиток цифрових навичок серед держслужбовців і доступ до цифрових ресурсів для всіх. Висновки. Отримані у ході дослідження результати дослідження важливі для створення інституційних рамок, які будуть сприяти інтеграції ІТ в держуправління, включно з електронним урядуванням, цифровізацією послуг, та застосуванням штучного інтелекту та блокчейна. Рекомендації мають на меті покращити публічні послуги та зміцнити довіру до уряду, що може підвищити міжнародну конкурентоспроможність країни та якість життя громадян.Завантаження
