Цифрова трансформація системи охорони здоров’я: фактори впливу на якість життя населення

Анотація
Одним із вагомих аспектів процесу цифрової трансформації є впровадження цифрових технологій в систему охорони здоров’я, що вже стало повсюдним явищем у розвинених країнах. Цифрова трансформація системи охорони здоров’я створила можливості для виникнення і бурхливого розвитку цифрової медицина, цифрових методів лікування і профілактики хвороб. Метою дослідження є визначення основних факторів розвитку та системних проблем цифрової трансформації системи охорони здоров’я в контексті їх впливу на якість життя населення. Визначені основні вектори цифровізації медицини та інноваційні медичні послуги, що надаються у цифровому форматі. Розглянуто актуальні проблемні питання цифрової трансформації системи охорони здоров’я, в тому числі аспекти впровадження телемедицини та формування якостей «цифрового пацієнта». Пандемія виявила гостру потребу у нових формах надання медичних послуг, що знайшло відображення у помітному зростанні частки дистанційного надання медичної допомоги та активному зростанню частки телемедицини в загальному обсязі медичних послу. Робиться висновок, що в умовах цифрового суспільства, в якому внаслідок ослаблення дії соціальних інститутів та формування альтернативних цифрових мережевих структур перестають виконуватися традиційні рольові очікування та зростає значення довіри, у тому числі у сфері піклування про здоров'я. Тому забезпечення ефективних і більш довірчих відносин між лікарем та пацієнтом може розглядатись як одна з цілей цифровізації охорони здоров'я задля створення комфортного середовища та забезпечення підвищення якості життя населення в цифровому світі.Завантаження
