Вплив цифрових технологій на професійну підготовку публічних службовців у контексті цифрової трансформації в музейній справі

Анотація
Роль цифрових технологій у формуванні професійної підготовки та розвитку навичок державних службовців, відповідальних за збереження культурної спадщини, набуває трансформаційного характеру. Інтеграція цифрового врядування та цифрових інструментів революціонізувала традиційні практики, підкреслюючи необхідність адаптивного навчання у відповідь на ці технологічні досягнення. Висвітлено сучасний ландшафт цифрового врядування та його вплив на державне управління, зокрема у сфері музейної справи. Наголошено на зростаючій залежності від цифрових технологій, таких як 3D-моделювання, віртуальна реальність і цифрове архівування, які мають вирішальне значення для збереження і презентації культурних цінностей. Наголошено також на тому, що ці технології не лише посилюють захист спадщини, але й демократизують доступ до неї, дозволяючи ширше залучати громадськість. Значна увага приділяється прогалинам у навичках, виявленим серед державних службовців у цьому швидко розвивається у цифровому середовищі. Розглядаються інноваційні освітні моделі та навчальні стратегії, які можуть бути впроваджені для забезпечення державних службовців необхідними навичками для ефективного управління та збереження культурної спадщини в цифрову епоху. Дійшли висновку, що існує потреба в безперервному професійному розвитку в умовах розвитку цифрових технологій. Варто розвивати проактивний підхід до розробки програм для державних службовців, пов’язаних із цифровою трансформацією у сфері збереження культурної спадщини.Завантаження
