Інституційні механізми взаємодії громадянського суспільства і держави: спроба структуризації

Анотація
Мета дослідження полягає у виокремленні наявних результатів попередніх дослідників і спробі зведення цих здобутків у вигляді структури інституційних механізмів взаємодії держави і громадянського суспільства. Актуальність. В сучасному демократичному світі загальноприйнятим форматом стосунків між державою і громадським сектором є взаємодія. Тому, виникає потреба у структуризації понять «держава» і «громадянське суспільство». Це призводить до необхідності дослідження способів і механізмів, завдяки яким уможливлюється дана взаємодія. А, оскільки основною структурною складовою сучасних держав і публічного сектору є інститути, то інституційні механізми взаємодії держави і громадянського суспільства потребують особливої дослідницької уваги. Результати дослідження. Розглянуто стан вивчення питання про механізми, які застосовуються державою і громадянським суспільством в ході їх взаємодії. Визначено основні формати взаємовідносин між державою і громадським сектором з огляду на складові даного процесу який відбувається і в багатосторонньому форматі. Перелічено основні напрямки взаємодії між державою і громадянським суспільством на основі наявних інституційних та організаційних структур суспільства. Виокремлено найбільш розповсюджені і загальноприйняті типи державно-громадських стосунків, що реалізуються у вигляді різноманітних державно-громадських утворень. Запропоновано структуру механізмів взаємовідносин інститутів держави і громадянського суспільства за критерієм функцій і суб'єктності. Висновки. Попри те, що було наведено низку визначень досліджуваного поняття, не існує єдиного і чіткого підходу до розгляду інституційних механізмів взаємодії громадянського суспільства і держави. Серед множини інших, саме інституційні механізми займають провідне місце в системі способів взаємодії між громадянським суспільством і державою, адже вони включають в себе всі структурні елементи даної взаємодії і формують структуру цього процесу.Завантаження
