Методологія дослідження державних механізмів захисту національних цінностей у сфері науки «Державне управління»

Анотація
Метою статті є методологічний аналіз дослідження держаних механізмів захисту національних цінностей у сфері науки «Державне управління». Предметом дослідження є комплекс принципів, методів та наукових підходів державного управління захистом національних цінностей, які використовуються в Україні та зарубіжних країнах. Методологічною основою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування особливостей державних механізмів захисту національних цінностей з позицій системного, аналітичного, історичного, аксіологічного підходів; системи взаємопов’язаних та взаємодоповнюючих загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема, порівняльного, ситуативного, системного та структурно-функціонального аналізу. Для досягнення мети і завдань дослідження автором представлено результати аналізу та систематизації наукових праць вітчизняних учених з питання захисту національних цінностей, окреслено методологічні підходи до дослідження державних механізмів захисту національних цінностей особистості, цінності суспільства та цінності держави. Окреслено структуру дисертаційної роботи, анотації до кожного з розділів, які будується на емпіричній базі результатів проведеного опитування студентів у 2022-2023 роках під час повномасштабного загарбницького вторгнення росії в Україну щодо визначення базових цінностей українського суспільства (базою дослідження були – Київський національний університет імені Тараса Шевченка, Чорноморський національний університет імені Петра Могили та ДЗВО «Університет менеджменту освіти» АПНУ) . Для проведення опитування автором статті представлено анкету щодо для визначення українцями базових національних цінностей, якими є соборність, соціальна справедливiсть, патрiотизм, терпимiсть, духовність, гостиннiсть, повага до родини, “кордоцентризм” та низка iнших, що складають основу нашої української ментальностi. Російська збройна агресія проти України розглядається українською громадськістю як війна цінностей. Авторське обґрунтування методології дослідження державних механізмів захистом національних цінностей в Україні здійснено задля перспективного урядування майбутнього з питання змiцнення суверенiтету, збереження територiальної цiлiсностi України.Завантаження
